Refund & Returns Policy – the basics
Tetratide Labs supplies laboratory‑grade research peptides, accessories and lab supplies. All products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical and research use only. Products are not intended or approved for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease. Because of the sensitive and contamination‑risk nature of our products, refunds and returns are limited and handled as set out in this policy, in line with South African law.

Generally speaking, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, store credit or refund, and when refunds are not available. Tetratide Labs complies with South African laws. Our key refund and returns rules are: 9.1 Opened or tampered products: Due to safety concerns, Tetratide Labs may refuse returns of products that have been opened or tampered with. 9.2 Defective or incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify Tetratide Labs within a reasonable time and provide your order details, clear photos and a short description of the issue. Where a defect is confirmed, we will arrange a lawful remedy in line with South African law. 9.3 Cancellations before dispatch: Approved cancellations before an order is dispatched may be subject to reasonable administrative costs. 9.4 No refunds for misuse: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, or use of products in a way that is not in line with their research‑use‑only nature.
